Helpful staff, good range of magazines and office supplies.
Staff are often moody and rude. It's my local newsagent so I endure it, but it's so incredibly myopic and offensive. I would be so happy if another newsagent opened nearby. Perhaps then these folk might start behaving with the professional decorum that all customers deserve.
