Todd in computers electrical was AWESOME He was very helpful over the phone providing good old fashioned customer service doing what he said he would. I tried McGrath's Hill and was basically given a story about product unavailable later to find out not true from Penrith store but then that person did not return my calls after leaving three messages and then had to call back next day to find out was not going to help. Thank goodness for Todd outstanding service doing what he said he would when he said he would very helpful gave me faith again in customer service Keep up the great work shame can't say the same for the other stores. Thanks again great job Todd
