Extremely helpful staff. Staff knew all the locals and were extremely pleasant. Professional and excellent service in renewing my passport, willing to go the extra mile and let me borrow a jacket to cover up the hiVis. Note: don't wear HiVis as it bleeds into the passport photo.
Very friendly staff, delivery service to us has been great! But that they are closed on Saturdays now is annoying! Anyone working won't be able to post things unless they can do it during lunch or so...

They never knock on your door when they have a parcel to deliver, fail to leave a card for them half the time, and fail in their delivery service constantly. Useless bloody organisation!
