So i was trying to rent and couldn't find an online application. When i phoned i was told they where very busy and didn't have the time to help. Then when i rang the 2nd time i asked what heading would applications under as it wasn't very intuitive to which i was told in a very rude tone "this website was made by a very smart person, it's under tenants and landlords" and again hung up on meNow when we look up the word tenant it didn't apply to me as i wasn't renting with them yet thus not a tenant. Then when i find the pdf it's not an actual online application it's a form to download and print out to hand in at the office. which is NOT an online application.Please don't confuse arrogance with professionalism, the 2 are very different things and all i got from them was arrogance and rudeness when i dared to not just accept the rudeness i was being given.
