Would bother no service went to Maitland and saved
The only reason I put 1 star is because you can't put NO stars. First they sold me a car that had 2 recalls on it and a class action law suit, which they tried to deny knowledge of. Liars!! The first to know of a recall on a Ford vehicle are the Ford dealerships. Then after having my car for almost 2 weeks to fix the problem, I had to call them 3 days in a row trying to find out what was going on and when I'd get my car back. Nobody returned my calls so on the fourth day I had to go down there and after getting the run around AGAIN demand to speak to the manager. They had my car for 3 weeks before I got it back. I was also entitled to be refunded for a repair I paid for which involved the same problem while on holidays in Queensland. FIVE MONTHS later I'm still waiting. Absolutely appalling customer service!!!
Went to have a look for a car and was greated by jacob helping me look for a car Cross Country Ford have very helpful staff when looking for a car.
Passing through town and experienced problems with Ford Transit. Dropped in to see if they could see / read error code and was advised no one available but i could book it in for a later date. I explained that we are passing through town running diabetes clinics in the Upper Hunter and so needed the vehicle. Same response.... i could book it in. ...... Really, a 5 min job to read an error code and advise if a major or minor problem and we have to cancel patient appointments while we wait a day or 2 for someone to plug in the reader. ?????????? How wiuld the Foreman and reception girl feel if they came to us for urgent treatment and we told them to simply wait and make an appointment! Avoid this business.
