Went there today looking for a new and/or used car. While I understand that it was extremely hot today, 20 minutes of walking through the yard not one sales person bothered to see if we wanted help.By the way if your going to promote cars make sure you have them in stock. Not one Mitsubishi Lancer, Mirage any where in sight. Holden Astra and Barina's no manuals. Not everyone wants an auto.A friend warned me about your dealership when she waited 5 months for a part (new car), and you didn't contact her in that time to kept her updated on what was going on. Terrible customer service.
I have previously reviewed this business as a 4 star for going above and beyond close to xmas. After servicing my vehicle with them for the last 10 years I am sad to say today 10/9/18 ended the relationship. A very expensive cost for diagnosis of a faulty oil pressure switch and an exorbitant quote for replacement. When challenging the charges I was told this is what the business charges.
Buyers be aware!!!I negotiated a price with them over the phone for a used hsv utility vehicle costing over $60k. They made me place a deposit over the phone with my credit card to secure the negotiated price. Travelled up from Sydney to inspect and purchase the car. I was kept waiting approximately 1 hour while they cleaned the car out the back before I could inspect the vehicle. Upon inspection, I discovered the rear tyres were bald/not roadworthy. After advising the salesman of this, they also determined that the tyres were not road worthy. They then would not allow me to test drive the vehicle because of the bald tyres. Their solution was for me to pay extra to have the tyres replaced with the standard tyres and pick it up the next day. I declined their ridiculous offer. Why should I pay to make the car they are selling me roadworthy? 6+ hour round trip, what a monumental waste of my time.
