Can't say I was impressed. No washing up facilities - not good enough. Ppl need plates and cups, not to rely on others to do it, nowhere to dry laundry either.
Called to make an inquiry for two employees I had to book for staff travel, man on the phone was very abrupt but I didn't mind. After making the booking I realized I had only taken one room instead of two and for the wrong date, I then booked my employees into different accommodation and cancelled the accommodation at Baybrook all together. A few hours later the man from Baybrook called back and was not just abrupt but outright rude and nasty- he actually mocked me for accidentally booking one room instead of 2!! I repeated 4 times that I had already cancelled the booking with Baybrook but he persisted in rude remarks such as 'Your employees will have to sleep on the street', I replied that it wasn't his concern as I had already booked them elsewhere. He just had no customer service skills whatsoever. I was polite throughout but it had seemed I ruined his day on both phone calls. I never post bad reviews EVER but he was just a nasty individual to deal with.

Well appointed room, very comfy beds, slept like a log, very quiet even though on main highway, Owners couldn't have been any better. As we were driving through late and we rang the Motel and given directions being new to the area was great, heater was on ready for us as it was a cold night, much appreciated, would recommend anytime passing through call in and see for yourself.If passing again would stay without question, very clean and fresh. Thanks for the room and welcome.
We stayed here a couple of days to explore the upper Hunter Valley and the couple who runs this place are absolute legends! Super friendly they are! We had some car problems and they sorted us out, thank you again! The Baybrook Motor Inn has all that you need, included a lovely barbecue area by the pool. We had a great time staying here.
