We stayed for a wedding (majority of guests were for the wedding) we booked a family room was told it was one that had been renovated but was of equal standard. After a 8hour drive will arrive to find the pool is closed (council closed it). The room was old, was clean, but the bathroom was very outdated & in poor condition. Was made to pay in full on arrival no concessions made for the condition of the room or that we had no access to the pool on a 42 degree day. My family and all who stayed that weekend wont stay here again
Top quality motel for the weekend , great room with modern design throughout the room with a nice soft bed , modern bathroom with ample space. Plenty of parking with welcoming staff , a very clean and modern concrete swimming pool . With a courtesy call the day before makes this motel a must stay when coming to Muswellbrook.
Nicely appointed rooms, nicely priced @$115 per night. Good quality Thai Restaurant in the complex makes up for the fact that there is not much (RSL or Hungry Jack's) close by. Only negative was inconsiderate nature of other guests who had little regard for noise levels later at night but that cannot be controlled by motel owners.
Would never stay here. The group booking was a disaster. Look elsewhere. The Remington is unreal. Dont waste your time here
We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with service and quality of the room and amenities. The reception staff member was friendly and helpful, even when we left the key in our room! There is a pool available for hot days which would be great in summer. Being central to the city makes it easy to walk to a lot of dining places and there is a Woolworths close behind the motel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean with 6 different dispensers for lotions, shampoos and soap, and with an easy-to-use air conditioner, we didn't have to suffer the outdoor's freezing air temperatures! We also obtained a really good price and would definitely stay there again.
